Appointments/Cancellations

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.

Emergencies

If it is an emergency, please go to the nearest ER. For non-emergencies after hours, you may also contact our office at 615-625-7777 and follow the prompt so that the physician on call can assist you.
